Southern Roots Reunion is an annual barbecue festival held in Travelers Rest, SC, that celebrates great food, community, and Southern hospitality. For two years, I was tasked with capturing both the mouthwatering barbecue and the lively atmosphere of the event through food and event photography. The images were used across social media to promote the festival, highlight participating chefs, and convey the energy and experience of the event. This project showcases my ability to photograph food in fast-paced, real-world environments while creating engaging content designed specifically for social media marketing.
